Pink Tile

Back in the 1950s, pink was the “it” color for bathrooms. It was bright, cheery, and fun! Over the years, pink bathrooms have lost their popularity and have actually been something that people tend to avoid. It began to look dated and out of style. Within the past few years, however, millineal pink was introduced, and this fun tile became a well-respected, nostalgic look. The color pink has grown in popularity again and is seen in all types of rooms. Pink subway tile or zellige tile is the new retro-chic look!

Floral Wallpaper

Many people are now turning to wallpaper as an easy way of adding lots of personality to a home. Florals in general are definitely making a comeback, as well. This may be because florals are a great way of connecting your space with nature. As you may have seen in one of our previous blog posts, Color Trends for 2021, this is the year of bringing the outdoors in. This creates a more calm and grounded environment.

Beige

Beige is back! This color was seen in almost every home in the 90s. This color dropped in popularity when bright whites and grays came into the picture. While those color tones are still seen in homes, warmer tones, such as beige, are making a comeback! While this color can be used with paint, fabrics, and tile, you can also incorporate this comforting color with limestone. Limestone has a beige hue and is said to be one of the top stones used in 2021.
